Terms of service

By pricing a project, booking service or paying online, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are the property owner or are authorized to arrange work at the address you enter, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Prices shown are calculated from the current price book for your market, including the options you select, applicable fees and sales tax. Pricing is valid for the market and configuration shown and may change if conditions at the property differ from what was configured — for example non-standard openings, structural repairs, additional hardware or access limitations. If your project requires a change, we will review the revised price with you before any additional work is performed.

Custom or unique doors are priced after an on-site measure. No amount is charged online for a custom door consultation.

A deposit may be required to reserve materials and your installation window; the balance is due on completion unless you are approved for financing. Tune-up service is a flat rate charged at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and card details are handled by that provider rather than stored by us.

Monthly amounts shown online are estimates for illustration only. They are not an offer of credit, a credit decision or an approved payment. Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to their application, credit approval and terms.

Installation and service windows are reserved subject to availability, crew routing and weather. We will contact you if a window needs to move. You may reschedule or cancel by contacting your local A1 location; deposits on ordered custom materials may be non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

A diagnostic or trip fee applies to repair visits and covers the technician's on-site evaluation. Any issue identified through the online questions is preliminary and not a guarantee of the final diagnosis; the repair scope and price are confirmed at the property.

Products and labor are covered by the warranty terms provided with your order and by the manufacturer's warranty for the door, opener and accessories installed. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accidents, alterations or work performed by others.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you place an order applies to that order.
